1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please email our customer care team directly at frenchandfield@gmail.com. To ensure a quick resolution, your email must include the following information:

  1. Order Number: Please include your original order number in the subject line or the body of the email.

  2. Brief Explanation: Provide a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item (e.g., sizing preference, style choice, or item arrived damaged).

  3. Photos (Required for Damaged/Defective Items): If you received a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please attach clear photos showing the issue so our team can review it.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We closely inspect our custom products, but if a defective or incorrect item slips through, we will resolve it immediately. Please follow the standard email process outlined above with photo verification. For confirmed print errors, manufacturing defects, or wrong items sent, we will cover all costs to ship out a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a standard billing cycle, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Exchanges

Because items are often processed to order, we handle size and style exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you need a different size or layout, please state this clearly in your email to frenchandfield@gmail.com along with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
